I wouldn't have recognized this without the subject line, I have never seen kuku with so much visible egg! The type that I grew up with had much less egg and much, much more herb in it, and the egg binding it was dark green from the infusion of pulverized herbs. This seems much less traditional but probably more palatable for non-Persians!

Seems like a nice and cozy space, would have liked to see some of the kitchen! How are you displaying your records, are they in sleeves?
