I am probably very strange in the fact that I don't mind cleaning. This is great advice for people that inherit a washer/dryer with a home purchase or rental. My laundry room was disgusting when I bought my house and even though I kept the washer and dryer I did give them a thorough cleaning before I would use them. I just feel better knowing I've cleaned other people's germs and dirt off of an appliance I am going to be using daily.

This isn't just for looks, keeping appliances clean improves their functionality!

Halfway through this tour I found myself wondering if there is anything the owner doesn't collect? I don't mean that in an unkind or disrespectful way either, I just happened to see so many minim-collections throughout the space that it made me wonder.

The living room is lovely and there are definitely great pieces throughout the space, but it translates to being a little too cluttery for me. It isn't my house though, so I can say for sure that I appreciate the visual mish-mash! Although there are so many different things going on I think it has a cohesiveness all its own. Thank you for sharing!

This home is gorgeous! The white is bright, clean, and refreshing. The splashes of color on the accessories and in the bedrooms prevent the space from looking stark and overly harsh. I LOVE the flooring.

FINALLY a tour that is not located in California or New York! No offence to those locations at all, but so many AT tours are already in these areas. It’s nice to have it mixed up a bit here and there and shake things up.

Now, on to the house: I love seeing a lived-in home with personality. I'm not big on the wood paneling or the bright green wall color, but they really do suit the space well. I enjoyed the paintings throughout the house and I especially loved the mural. Thanks for sharing!

Some of the photography in this tour is awkward. I would have loved to get more of a sense of the space, but that was difficult with some of the more artistic angles and perspectives.

I love, love, LOVE the glass collection! The dark hallway is also wonderful.
