We picked up a set of the white fruit baskets for ~$10 at Ikea about a year ago when they had the white color on clearance and turned them into light fixtures exactly like these in our house that we were preparing to sell. Our agent was amazed that they were Ikea fruit baskets, and gave an interesting look to the appearance of the hallway with the shadows they cast. The buyer loved them (but we weren't about to tell him they were from Ikea)! The Ikea Hemma cord can be assembled in between the two layers of basket (the ring attaches in between them) allowing the bulb to sit deeper in the fixture, which looks a lot better as well. If anyone is considering these, they look a lot better with a round (globe) style bulb in them than the candelabra shape.
