Don't feel bad. While I used to DJ, I haven't done so in a long time. I just did the same thing with my collection of 1000-or-so records: donated them to Goodwill. Finding a buyer was a royal pain, Amoeba Records wanted to give me $30 for the entire set (WTF?), and Goodwill means I can have a nice tax deduction this year. I have no idea IKEA discontinued the Jerker desk series and replaced them with the seriously inferior Frederik desks. We love our Jerker desk, and it's strong enough that I could stand and jump on it. I wouldn't think of doing that with the new stuff!
