If you look at the actual listing on Streeteasy, the bed is in between the living area and kitchen. I agree with people who say it's unfair to have a for-sale apartment competing with owner occupied residences. The whole point is to showcase actual living spaces that people made for themselves, not something that's been flipped or contracted to sell.
