the recipe is perfect:
Spaghetti alla Carbonara
1 pound dry spaghetti
4 fresh large eggs (3 yolks+1 whole egg)
8 ounces guanciale,
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1/2 cup freshly grated Pecorino
Freshly cracked black pepper
Sea salt

and please: no onion, no garlic, no oil and no cream
