thanks so much for all the feedback! it definitely solidified my thoughts, i definitely took away that the most important thing should be every piece i purchase works harmoniously together with the space and its surroundings [tonal gray, black and white] and the scando-mid century modern styles should work together, but the tones of wood can intermix!
