@ EmilyB: In what way does Salvation Army 'SACRIFICE' the people they serve? I have worked with them and have observed their good works. They help all kinds of people. If anything, it seems that you are discriminating against SA despite all the good things they do just because they don't seem to endorse your particular group or lifestyle, correct? Please don't politicize whether a person should buy a used couch or not. Geez.
