We once carried a handmade, kid sized chair straight to the airport in the Caribbean and they allowed us to check it as over sized luggage, as we would a stroller. Is this not a normal practice or did they allow it because it was small enough?

We are huge fans of local mom and author, Ms. Kyo Maclear. Thanks for promoting Canadian literature.

Our tiny bathroom is in the same configuration as the before pic. Was it costly to switch the placement of the tub and the toilet? This is a great reno.

i LOVED this post. Agreed, this house is efficient and airy while still warm and usable.

What or where is that little (toaster?) oven on the counter in the kitchen from?

Thanks for the helpful ideas!

We recently had an issue with our new-ish laundry pair. Sears asked me for the serial number but it was locked inside the still-full washer. I made a note to snap a pic of all of my appliances as I usually make my calls from the office.

I also second the pictures of wines we enjoy at parties, etc.

Another good reason for waiting to buy your business is financial. Often while decluttering I find pieces that I can sell online locally and then I can use that money to buy the best (read: cutest) organizers and baskets.
