my broker is never wrong. it's also worth pointing out that you cannot stand in the loft, so i don't know that it would be included in the square footage. either way, it's less than 400 and i assure you, by all means, it qualifies as 'teeny tiny' Lysee's True Reflection Small Cool Contest |
