So funny, in the country on a bike I've always been given wide berth -- less traffic. Riding in the city its a tossup whether drivers or city youth are more menacing. Countrified Economics: I'm Still Going To Have To Work, You Guys! |

I buy one off, colorful and different glasses... I have ones with a color swirled in, ones with patterns pressed in, metallic rims, all sorts, none if them the same. That way when one is broken its not like it was part of a set anyways, guests never mix up their glasses, and I always have the pleasure of finding new ones. But those hideous painted glasses? Otherwise, stage it. Improve Resale Value of House with Walkthrough Bedroom? Good Questions |

Pretty sure it's nothing to do with "high hopes" - that's the logical place to attach the line without defacing the front of the building. Also, we've been doing this for years, and typically it makes it to the second story window. We also use fishing line and cut it down and start again each summer. Good cookware is our registry priority! Since my boyfriend/now fiance and I moved in together 4+ years ago we have gradually purchased together most of the big things - nice towels, nice china, luggage, coffeemaker, etc - but everytime he pulled out one of our crusty old pans and said "I want some nice cookware!" I'd tell him to marry me, and then we'd see what we got! Wedding Wish List: What's Your Best Registry Advice? |
