@EngineerChic - wow, I would seriously, totally, buy a small icemaker to sit on top of my fridge. My ice absorbs smells from the freezer (freezer is almost empty), and my two covered ice trays are sometimes a pain to whack ice out of! I made macaroons recently (bon appetit & martha recipe)..they were good, but the macarons were crispy and hollow instead of crispy and cake like. Are there two types of macarons? I was aiming for the cake like innards... Macarons Made Easy: 10 Myths Completely Debunked |

I haven't tried the baby products, but I love love the Yes to Carrots shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner is one of my favorites -- reminds me of the detangler from Paul Mitchell which also uses carrot oil (and is one of the best conditioners imho). jamaligarden is great! they also have a store on 7th street (and B? 2nd ave?)...the guys at 7th street said that location was more 'hardware-store' like, whereas their location in the 20s was geared more to 'garden-store'. Top 10: Party Lighting Ideas |
