Yes, the dining chairs are very comfortable. They were purchased from craigslist for very little money. I brought them home and cleaned them with "soft scrub" cleanser and they looked new. Very easy to keep clean as they are made of fiber glass. Jamie's Location & Layout Small Cool Contest |

No, the coffee table does not fold out...... but can see why you would ask. The coffee table is actually two tables combined. The space was too small for the two tables so i combined them to make one to fit the small space. Jamie's Location & Layout Small Cool Contest |
