Everything is amazing! The little vintage dress as an art piece and exposed hanging clothes...I aspire to be so organized that I could have a simple open hanging rack like that. I love the silver brick...I dream of a brick wall in my house someday and that color is beautiful!

Peaceful and calming bedroom...well done

I would rather spend money on something they want rather than waste my money guessing, however, this summer we had to buy gifts for 2 weddings, 2 high school grads, a 20th anniversary, a 50th anniversary, a housewarming party, and 2 baby showers. I consider myself a generous person but that many gifts in a short time really tapped us out. One of the weddings was a second wedding and we bought her a nice gift the first time around and this time she registered again and wanted the huge wedding as if she had never set up house (i.e. all new bedding, mixers, dishes, etc.) and I thought it was a little strange. Regardless, we put out money to buy her a nice gift off her list. After giving a gift to all the above recipients for their special days I can say we did not receive even ONE thank you card from ANY of them which was shocking to me. That put a damper on my spirit of giving for a little while. I know this post is about the registry but please people, go back to basic manners and take a minute to thank your guests for the thought and the effort they put into your gift! Maybe I should put a little stack of thank you cards in with the gift...hint, hint. Sorry if that's obnoxious but it is a pet peeve of mine...we were brought up to send a thank you even if we were just invited over to dinner.

I too am a fan of the maxi dress and flip flops in the summertime/hot weather but in the evening or in cooler weather my at home cozy "uniform" is black leggings and a long flowy tunic of some sort or tunic tank top/long cardigan combo. Either way, I feel fine if someone pops by unexpectedly or if I quickly need to run to the grocery store or post office, etc. I can just throw on knee high boots or cute flats (and an overcoat and scarf in cold weather) and look surprisingly put together for a last minute going-to-town trip. I know some people feel like leggings are a cop out and just a sneaky way to wear pajamas 24/7 but I must admit, I love the look of leggings with cute flats or boots...I just think it looks effortlessly chic and makes me feel like Audrey Hepburn...even around the house doing chores. My husband also likes the look and always tells me I look cute and appreciates that I like to look put together which always makes me feel good especially after being married for 17 years...

Wow-that patio looks like something from a movie...I would also love to know what the greenery growing up the wall is and how long it took to look that lush?

I agree with the first commenter...that seam is unacceptable. Our granite fabricator's seams are so tight they are only about the width of pencil lead at the most.

Love this house...so cute! I love that you got a cat to match your apartment...or did you get the apartment to match the cat? Either way, it looks so cozy and cute.

I love that bathroom...I would love to get a cabinet like that...was it from Ikea? Do you know the name of the wall color in the bathroom?

I'm also wondering why people are making comments about the photos being altered? They look authentic to me and personally I absolutely love this. It's serene, calming, and timeless. The color palette, furniture, and accessories are gorgeous and the organization...really, I am impressed! Can you tell us what the wall color is and are all the walls the same color? The living room looks a little more grey than the other walls but it may just be the light. It looks like the perfect neutral but warm wall color which I have been looking for months on end but so far has been elusive...

Like everyone else I love the kelly green color...really unusual. I love the living room curtains-where are they from?
