Oh, and I agree about low crime in a low income area. Our neighbors don't have anything anyone would want to steal, robbers go up a few blocks to where the lawns a manicured. I have to go back the Sony Ericsson C series after these past few months of sloppy iPhone photos. The controls for exposure, color balance, flash, panorama and frame-by-frame for animations make me want just a camera with a phone. We have 3 boy cats and 1 girl. The Tidy Cat Breeze litter box is great for many cats & for vacations. It's leaves no odor because it has a big diaper in the bottom. (except for #2, which sits on top. Since it's in the bathroom it gets scooped up immediately.) We have 2 of these boxes. Instead of using the clay pellets for letter, I use the newspaper based pellets, it's less costly and disposable. The motor broke on our Dyson handheld within a couple years. I called them to replace it and the operator asked my if I had been vacuuming DUST, I said "Well, most likely." They said "Well that'll do it." The new motor was around $70. I think the whole situation was crazy. I can't wait till I can afford a Miele. We have white painted stairs, they got so dirty, so scuffed and sorry looking right after we re-painted them. They had a high gloss white paint when we bought the house. When I re-painted I primed first and went over it with porch & floor paint. It stayed somewhat clean for a week. Now it's bad. The only way to clean them is with a magic eraser. We have the same chair! It was in terrible shape and I took some shoe polish and saddle soap to it and it looks great and is softer than when we first got it. We have a lot of scuffs and scratches on it but the black polish cleaned it up. Lanolin based leather dressing keeps it from cracking more. We keep a fur throw on it and it looks luxurious.
