just finished whipping up a small batch in my blender. had to add a little cream to get it going, but other than that, i mixed in some chocolate malt powder and a little honey.....can't wait until its set so i can indulge.... i know exactly how you feel!! Here in Houston, it's been 90+ degrees for about 2 weeks now and I can only imagine what the rest of the summer has to offer. In terms of cooking, we keep it super simple and super cool....hefty salads and tall glasses of icy cold drinks.
