Hard to fall asleep if I'm in pain. Other than that I enjoy a good mattress adn listening to distant sounds such as the train, highway, muted street noise, birds, rain, etc. Please turn off the radio, conversations and no heavy breathing. I can't fall asleep listening to music or the glare of light from the television, Distant sounds, darkness and the whir of the windmills of my mind.
