@fc, I find reading before bedtime very relaxing but I'm choosy about what I read. It must be a relaxing book such as a quiet romance. It can't be anything upsetting or anything requiring too much thought! A nice, quiet book actually helps me sleep. Tips for Creating a Mindful Home |
