If you're going with the DLNA route, check out the Jamcast software. Not only can it be used to stream the music stored on your computer, but it has a virtual soundcard mode that captures anything that would go to your computers speakers and streams it over the network. That way you can use it to stream stuff like Pandora and Spotify.
