The fridge is tiny! It is to the right of the oven. The washer machine is to the left of the sink.

As for the rug, the flat came with a lovely green fuzzy rug which I loved but it shed so bad I would find lime green fuzz in the fridge, in the bathroom, in my wardrobe! It was much larger too. I actually took it outside and shook it for ages and the whole street was covered! I found the current one on urban outfitters as a quick substitute.

I live in Central London in Zone 2. My flat is a one bed, one bath. I pay £1088 which converts to $1711.

£1000 is about as cheap as you can find in central london, as soon as you get out of the center you can find much cheaper but I say...if you're going to live in London, Live IN London!!
