Where does one start? Instead of the name "SmartSpace" couldn't it be better to give just own up to your design mistake and call this a "SuicideBox"? It really seems as though they had a contest to design the smallest, ugliest and most uncomfortable space possible.Would anyone really want to take the sheets on and off the bed every day or cook almost directly across from the bathroom? This is a space for people who never clean, cook or entertain in their home and have no friends or relatives. I hope there is a special place in hell for developers like him. You're really quoting Da Vinci and Onassis to justify this blatant display of development greed? Really?
