Great article and advice on how to coordinate patterns! It's incredibly difficult to create a balanced space with pattern and energy like the photo example above. Great comments.....I would agree with raising the curtain rod and getting a new mirror...perhaps a tall one that houses cabinet storage and extends past tile, you could also do a collection of mirrors going up high to open up the space even more....skirting your sink with a great outdoor fabric will help hide a storage caddie underneath, a great chandelier and new paint will also add some beachiness... As a fellow Etsian Custom sizes are usually no problem! We love to customize!....however consider the type of art when enlarging... Maps, fabric, wrapping paper, Wall paper and the like make great large scaled frame-able art... You can also get pre stretched/primed canvas to create your own large painting... or box frame a christening gown/favorite outfit which can create a wonderful memento as well!
