I was loving this until I read:

"They replaced all the arts and crafts era light fixtures with ones from Ikea"

I understand they probably wouldn't have worked with the new look but I hope you didn't throw them away/can I have them? ha. Just never understood replacing original features with Ikea. Anyway apart from that pet peeve it looks like a wonderful place to live.
