I usually am not a huge fan of this overdone pastel, shabby chic look but everything is so bright and fresh in her home! Plus the gorgeous light in that apartment made me squint my eyes (in a good way) when looking at the first photo. Lovely.

Hooray for Little Green Notebook!! One of the very few transplant New Yorker bloggers' that doesn't make this Native New Yorker want to simultaneously claw out my eyes and cry. Real DIY projects on REAL budgets from a person with a REAL voice. (Although I'll never have her mad DIY skills).

So sweet! I always worry about this & yesterday my husband actually said, "how could we ever fit 2 kids in here?" (in reference to our small spare room). Umm not like we even have 1 yet or anything, but we are planners. It seems in this whole DIY/home design blog world people forget that two kids can share a tiny room and live to tell the tale (me being one of them and there was NO closet). Would love to see a shot of the clothing storage.

Um, realty? It's like an unspoken rule that you DON'T get a treadmill if you live above someone. Pretty sure this why the elliptical was invented. I would be a jerk and complain to the landlord/building management and make a fuss. Especially if things are getting wonky on your walls. What a turd.
