I tend to start my mornings by hitting the snooze buttons, (I have two alarms that are set 7 minutes apart) about 6 times. Then peaking out of my eye that I actually HAVE to get up so I pop the tv on and start trying to find clothes. Then I rush to feed the cats while trying to put on make up and brush my teeth. The last thing I do is grab my purse and all the books I need for classes and work that day while running out the door.
I normally have about 30 minutes to do all that from the time I actually roll out of my bed.

I live in a 4plex apartment where our rules actually state there is no smoking anywhere on the property. (if you want to smoke you go to the street). However both my downstairs neighbors are smokers. One of them has solved the issue of smoking very kindly. He smokes an electronic cigarette. He can smoke it in the house and it's just water vapors. I don't have to smell it and his house doesn't smell. (Plus since it keeps getting colder and colder he doesn't even have to freeze by going outside!)
However my other neighbors that smoke do it right outside their door and on my stairs. The smoke gets into my house. It lingers upstairs after they are done smoking even for hours. It's horrible. I hate leaving my home or even coming home due to smelling it.

If you really have to smoke that bad get an electronic cigarette (Pack and a half in one of those blu e-cigs). In the long run it will run it's worth it. You wont have neighbors complaining. No one's house has to smell. None of your clothes have to smell either from you smoking. (Which trust me everyone can smell when you go places).

They do sell longer ones. I uses to have a 6ft cord for my iPhone 4 awhile back. You just have to order them online. Belkin is the company I bought mine from.

The first horror movie I ever saw was Child's Play. I think I was around 3. I actually had a good guy doll even so it was a bit trippy. However now days I LOVE horror movies. I own all of the Child's Play movies. I haven't been scared or even jumped at a horror movie in over 17 years. But I still love them if not to laugh at how many times movies tend to kill the same person over and over in the same scene.

I personally have photos all over my home. I LOVE to display them. They are photos of my friends, bands I've worked with, random concerts and so on. I took the photos to display to the world and I love to have people come in my home and see them.
I've never understood not showing off your photos to the world.

While I haven't seen one like that, my friend's father actually built a high chair that not only was a high chair but a seesaw one way and a bench/child's desk another.

Even with as much as I love my desk I never use! I always end up back in my bed doing all my work. I much prefer to lay on my stomach, pop on the television in the background and do all my work.

I'm a Gen-X and I was lucky enough to grow up in place where we had lots of land. Even better was I lived right next to my Great Grandparents who both were into gardening. When I moved to a city I did everything possible to grow plants and so on. Still to this day living in a condo I do everything to plant. I actually go outside to the hired gardeners and have them clear areas for me to plant my own!
Most people I know my age though are just so busy to even deal with gardening. The few that do do it seem to have black thumbs sadly.

I replace my pillows about every 6 months. I like really firm but squishy pillows and washing them has never brought that back.
My mattress I've had maybe 5 years, but I'm looking to replace it since it's sinking and just too hard.

I'd say invest in some automatic lights. I've been in a few houses where you just enter the room and the light switch is a motion control light and everything turns on and off for you. Kind of nice. Freaky at first but nice.
