As a NYCer I love small spaces & think this studio is great. But I was a little annoyed that this man spent "a couple hundred thousand" to experiment with how to live in a small space efficiently. He references several mistakes and improvements for the next model. He should have consulted an Interior Desginer to begin with, its part of our job to know how space works in our lifestyle....oh you thought we just decorated? yeah.
