I have a tiny yard to (130 square feet) that looks a lot like yours, only on a smaller scale. Instead of a playhouse, I've been considering a teepee that can fold up and be stored when we need more space. I know there's a nice neutral teepee for sale at Target right now. I have carpet under my table and protect it with an indoor/outdoor rug. Ballard Designs has a pretty good selection and they're relatively cheap compared to most rugs. Easy to Clean Rug or Mat for Under the High Chair Good Questions | Apartment Therapy Ohdeedoh |

I use one of these as a diaper caddy. It's the perfect size to hold diapers and wipes with all the jams and jellies in the side pockets. I bought mine at Michaels and was able to use a 50% off coupon on it. Apartment Therapy ohdeedoh | Amy Butler Caddys |

I painted a dresser for my baby's room with this and the spray came out foamy. I used 4 different cans and followed the directions, but couldn't get an even finish with any of them. However, it was low odor and it does dry and cure really fast compared to traditional latex paint. I'd recommend it, but with the caveat that you'll have to be prepared to do a little brush work to even out your finish. Apartment Therapy Los Angeles | Look! Krylon's Low VOC Spray Paint |

Another thing you might want to check before you install all of the locks is how well they work once installed. The miter joints on my cabinets are joined with metal biscuits. The metal interfered with the magnets, so I had to move the locks to the center. I still love the Tot Loks, though. Apartment Therapy ohdeedoh | Good Questions: Tot Loks |
