@pixelpersecond convinced me! I'm ordering some some of the Mistral Lychee Rose Bar soap today! Also, the landing strip idea is something I adopted when I had finally had enough of spending a crazy amount of time looking for my keys and my dogs leash. Now I have a dedicated place to ALWAYS put things when I come in and to help remind me to take certain things with me when I leave. It's amazing what a small change like this can do for your stress level.

I love every inch of this home. I always wanted a place like this but could never achieve that level of pure coziness so I adopted a more modern approach but in my heart of heats not too much beats coziness. It's so unpretentious. Pure joy!

I am deeply in love with the fox (I think it's a fox) pillow on the sofa. Where did you find that treasure?

Nice kitchen, great fridge, lovely dog and she does have some nice things. Attention to detail seems to be missing. And I really don't understand the photo of the stereo system above the sofa. Maybe there is a back story. The art is hung too high as someone said before. And definitely, before AT comes over to photograph your house at your request...get rid of the dead plant and the plastic pot and change the water in the flowers. Details matter. She's very pretty though!
