I agree with all the comments about terrible customer service. My order took a year to arrive, no explanation, no apology, multiple (like 20-30) calls to the company, never got the same person on the phone, never got called back. Worst buying experience ever. There are so many better places to shop for these brands, I will never shop here again. Small comfort seeing that there are so many people with the same dismal experience.
