I soak my beans overnight and then use a pressure cooker. Quick to cook and they are not tough. In the past I have tried slow cooking on stovetop and in crockpot with inconsistent results. Apartment Therapy The Kitchn | January: Eating Light |

I live in a 2400 square foot 4 bedroom house in the country and read apartment therapy and day dream of living in a 450 square foot apartment in the city.Does anyone see anything wrong with this picture? :) Love the site and would love the book as well...
