This idea appealed to me because: 1) My bedroom is located probably no more than 50-60 feet across from a very active bank, street parking and at an intersection 2) we're on the second floor of the building 3) to make matters worse, my door is right at the window. Privacy is a big issue, but I thrive on natural sunlight so installing the blinds the normal way doesn't work for my situation. I'm excited to finally be able to meet people from Apartment Therapy! I plan to meet up with you all at Christopher Street at 8AM and my mom will also hop on at the 34th Street-Penn Station stop (she's coming from Long Island). I don't know if this is the right forum for this question, but I was wondering if anyone records episodes of the HGTV show "Small Space, Big Style". I only learned about it this year and I'm hooked on it, but it really sucks waiting all week until Thursday to see it, and for just 30 minutes. (Thank goodness for the availability of Apartment Therapy the website). If anyone has an interest in this show and happens to record it, please let me know.
