Decor idea: If your condo association, like ours, won't let you drill holes, get a tension rod or shower curtain rod. You can hang lights or small plants from it.

We also have outdoor chairs with little footstools that slide underneath. In a pinch, we can sit 4, but the chairs don't take over the balcony.

The crystals look a bit like Christmas ornaments and decorations I've seen on eBay, so that might be a good place to try.

Wow, the title made me think this would be a look at nontraditional games like Apples to Apples, Bananagrams or HeroQuest! Sadly, since my phone is so old it doesn't even take pictures, I don't think it could handle any of these 'apps' you speak of.

If you're actually a renter, make sure to check with the community's rules on decor for some of these! We had to take down our shoe holder planter because it was 'storage equipment' and not allowed to be seen from outside. If there's any chance that a neighbor will see it, check first so you don't have to undo all your work.

We have those ugly vertical blinds over a sliding door. Instead of taking the whole shebang down, I pushed the blinds to the side and attached curtains over the track with large shower curtain rings. They slide just fine, and I didn't even have to break out my screwdriver!

My dog was completely uninterested in the clip, and when we do watch TV, the only thing he cares about are the two open laps.

We're lucky to have a windowseat: he can watch the real world for hours while we're gone and it does him just fine!
