200 Square feet!??? Now that's impressive. It's great that there are designers who understand the constraints of urban living. Since you have personal experience living in a teeny tiny multi functional space that is grand on aestheic, I imagine you have great ideas and offerings for your customers at your shop. I have long struggled with the eclectic thing...how to mix vintage and new, rustic and slick and tactile and sleek all together.
