Just a recap when we had our meeting yesterday we discussed this briefly and it seems about 22 people voted and we noticed the two blogs we were rooting for lost about that many votes. Doesn't seem fair or right to me AT ALL. You need to come up with a more fool proof system as you cannot say just because 22 people happen to be on the same network their voices will not be heard. I think its something legitimate to consider, i know our office is one of many that has had this issue not to mention schools, hospitals,etc..other likely places that share the same network. So in the end, i am not totally confident these resutls are totally fair, accurate or indicative of the true votes. Just putting this out there. Best Home Design Blog Nominations The Homies 2012 |

With all due respect you are going to need to come up with a more effective fool proof system. I will expain why. In this office, there are 16 computers all using the same cable/network and therefore all share the same IP address. Many people voted for the same site and apparently many of those votes were removed. I don't think you are taking into account these kinds of scenarios. Not a big deal in the scheme of things but just wanted to let you know that this might be the case across the board more than you might think. Best Home Design Blog Nominations The Homies 2012 |
