Don't forget about "Highlights" or their pre-school version "High Five". We've been subscribing to "High Five" for over a year now and my son loves receiving it in the mail every month. I'm all for "greening" Halloween and I am a fan of Fair Trade... BUT I am REALLY not a fan of the reverse trick or treating. It strikes me as very rude to have my child lecture a treat-giver on the why the treat they just received was not good enough (in case it was not Fair Trade). I'm a very political person, and where I agree that more energy should be spent on healthcare reform and education - I think this party is completely cute and innocent. Correct me if I am wrong, but I've always thought Ohdeedoh is a blog about beautiful design, innovative products, and fun ideas for families. This party clearly fits that bill. My son LOVES Automoblox. I bought one for him last Christmas because I loved the design and I am happy to say he plays with it regularly. Before he knew how to take it apart (and put back together), he just zoomed it around. I've since purchased a couple minis and he loves them just as much. I was excited about this portable changing table until I saw it in the store. It was VERY wobbly and didn't seem like it would hold much weight at all.
