The South Shore Farmers Market in Milwaukee is like a mini grocery store! I love it. We start with a breakfast burrito and coffee while we scope out what's available and then we shop!

If you can find "Slow Cooking for Yourself" by Catherine Atkinson in a bookstore it's amazing! I prepared a lot of these meals for my mom and put them in her freezer and all she had to do was add the liquids. There's a vegetarian section but you can also substitute the meat with tofu.

This is a really great thing that you are doing for your friend.

I live about an hour or so away from 2 Ikeas (why does Illinois have two so close together and Wisconsin have none???). But my meltdowns usually are because I check and see if they have the item I leave and yet some how it's gone when I get there.

Or I have a meltdown trying to fit everything into my Honda Fit (I always win even if my sister can't sit in the front seat and has to sit directly behind me).

Either way everything is solved with their crack infused cinnamon buns.
