Maybe it's just me, but the graf in the second photo is great. Plus, I think the idea of a giant "VANDALISM" sign is hysterical in the first place. Wouldn't mind seeing that kind of wall art everyday.

I do admit that I wouldn't want it on my property without approval; luckily enough I don't own any property.

That double eye is really freaking me out. Love it.

Neat idea for a post. To jump on the bandwagon of asking where stuff is from: Does anyone know about the office chairs from pictures 2 [Blue accent] and 5 [Orange accent]?

To Jen Ramos: I really love that picture of the little white dresser; it keeps catching my eye.

pookiesays - why would you say that this is on the edge of East Harlem? Considering that there is a big ol' park in between, I'm not sure what that means. It's still the upper west side, not even morningside heights yet. I certainly don't know why the building is "scary looking".

That said, it is farther north than is desirable to most, and I do agree with your assessment of the interior spaces. It feels cramped in the pictures and I honestly would prefer it as a one bedroom with a huge living room. The renovation does look really nice, though.

Also, is it that yellow in person? Or just the white balance in the photos? It looks nice, and I like the integration of classic pieces with a more eclectic style. The painting above the couch in the living room is what is grabbing my eye; it's fantastic.
