Fantastic. I agree with Charlene. Unpretentious, yet artful, beautiful yet livable. Gary and Ellen's Storage-Savvy Apartment Green Tour |

I see so many great choices here. Keeping most of that awesome wood floor showing. The window in the loft bed structure. The interesting elegance of the gray line wall. Hiding the cat wonder world behind the curtain. Minimal and warm. Mike's Surprising Student Studio House Tour |

I wonder if the window coverings might be glammed up a bit. Not sure about the roll-down shades. I like the bust collection a lot, very unique and interesting. I feel all the objects in the dining room take away from the drama of that dining set and pendant. Also maybe a rich color in there? The backpainted cabinets look cool, I wish the rest matched them somehow. Good work. Joel's Modern Glam-ma Ranch House Tour | Apartment Therapy Los Angeles |

The mirror-globes are cool; a great twist on the currently trendy globe motif and the glory of the discoball. I also like the laboratory thing going on with the bathroom tray. And the rugs. Brian's Nest in the Clouds House Tour | Apartment Therapy New York |

The black and white tiled floor is timeless yet modern. Some cool furniture. Great art. Obviously the amount of space, the views and the location are awesome. Nine by Design Heads West House Tour | Apartment Therapy New York |

So sad this place was eliminated. In my opinion it really is a standout. The art is incorporated in such an interesting way and it has just the right amount of Texas (the horns and cactus). Looks great. Small Cool 2010: Adam's Art Showcase Little Division #35 | Apartment Therapy Los Angeles |

I like the feel of it. The simplicity and minimalism. When there are just a few things they each need to be pretty interesting. I think the bookcase needs to be more distinctive. Also I'm confused about the casters on the bed, I'm not sure what that's saying. But overall I think refining in the same direction will bring nice results. I like that thing hanging over the dining table, but I'd cut that last little ball off. Laura's Sparse Soulful Home House Call | Apartment Therapy New York |

oh and.. It seems pretty blinds heavy. Consider some curtains or drapes to soften the hard edges. Ben and Joanne's Sweet First Home House Tour | Apartment Therapy Los Angeles |

interesting start. I would say that generally the wall hangings (shelves, plates, etc) are too high. Lower them and it might help the rooms feel more grounded. It's clear you have a love of color; I would think about the colors used a little more (and I'm not saying that it should be all matchy-matchy). Just the colors aren't working together in saying something clearly. And yes that credenza is very nice. Ben and Joanne's Sweet First Home House Tour | Apartment Therapy Los Angeles |
