You said so yourself that they don' t have time to do a diaper service. Also, why would you post this on a website? I would be so hurt if my "friend" did that.
One time last summer, my husband and I were going to go into this store and they started closing up and locking the doors as were about to walk in during regular business hours. I asked "aren't you open now?" and they looked at us and laughed and said "well we've decided to close up" or something to that effect but they said it in a manner that indicated they could care less about me as a customer. They were so rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
