I cannot get past losing my reliable UI. I was so unimpressed by Boxee on my ATV. I'm unsure this is worthwhile- I'll stick to my $100 WD Live Plus and keep it simple. Nice review- might want to specify the mini USB cable (link via monoprice.com)

I was in the same boat when trying to use iTunes on PC. Once I switched to all Mac hardware I never looked back. I think a lot of the frustration comes from that and the fact that the Mac apps are just not meant for PC systems.

I am very eager to see the results as I have been tossing and turning over a new bed purchase for about a year now. Focus began on the sleep number, but something about electronics/mechanics in my mattress deterred me.

Either way, and I sincerely HOPE this is addressed, it's not so much the initial comfort I'm concerned with, but rather the long term change in the mattress integrity. I currently have a $800 pillow-top mattress from a leading brand, and after just 3 years, it's shot. I've been told it can be exchanged under warranty but I simply could do without the hassle.

I'm curious to know, once the results are posted, if users with experience using the bed for a period longer than a year, could chime in on the change, if any, that has occurred over the period of ownership.

I guess I don't see the significance to this space. The house doesn't look prepped for a photoshoot, that's for sure. Looks like it's being lived in. Real I guess...

I've seen an Eames Lounge reupholstered in with floral print and it was NOT at all easy on the eye. Just my $.02.

Mixed emotions. Many models are ungodly slow and lock up so if you made a mistake with putting something in that shouldn't be... you are pretty much SOL. I seemed to experience about 4 hour wash/dry time. Nice not to have to swap loads for drying but nontheless, I'd rather lose a bit more space and have a stackable unit as we do now from ASKO.

I am sure the designers thought of this but I do not believe the MacBook Pro will run while the monitor is closed. This is due to the fact the air vent for cooling is at the base of the monitor and only has proper ventilation when it's opened. I attempted this after I bought my cinema display from Apple and paired it with my MacBook Pro and had no luck. I later spoke to an Apple rep who verified indeed it would not work closed even if it's paired with an external monitor and peripherals. The notebook shown in these images is the older iBook so maybe things were a bit different.

Please note that I came from a Sony Vaio Z1VAP2 which had a dock and I also ran an external monitor which worked fine but the vents were on the bottom and size and the dock allowed for the notebook to be elevated from the desk it was set on.
