Check out 1/3 stagger. I think it looks great with that aspect ratio of tile.

Ribs. And pulled pork.
Tastes better when you smell like applewood smoke.

I use 4 Granny Smith and 4 McIntosh apples.
The Grannies hold their shape, and provide bite and flavour. The Macks turn into applesauce. I never add flour or tapioca. Just sugar, spices and lemon juice and zest. I've never had a runny pie.

I respectfully disagree with the WIRED nerds.

I often cook slowly and indirectly on my Weber charcoal grill, with the lid closed.
This allows a fatty cut of meat to render it's fat into the meat, making a moist, juicy, tasty meal. This can be done on a gas grill. But the charcoal smokes quite a bit wit hthe lid closed, and this imparts a very smoky flavour that can't be achieved on a gas grill without wood chips or adding charcoal.

I have both a gas grill and a charcoal grill. Hotdogs and 'burgers for the kids are done on the gas. But any meal that I expect to taste good always goes on the charcoal.

Call me a snob.
Ribs are meant to be smoked slowly with nothing but sky overhead and beer in hand.

Our daughter got lice a couple of years ago, and we napalmed her head with chemicals.
She got it again last spring and we used tea tree oil and a super fine lice comb for a few days. That worked great. Now we use tea tree shampoo, and haven't had a problem since.
