Do NOT order from Lexington Modern furniture! Just a friendly warning. I posted on the page to warn customers about my story: I ordered a chair and a coffee table that were listed "in stock", then they charged my card but never sent me confirmation emails, and I can't check my order status either. I didn't reｃeive ANY calls or emails regarding my order shipment or status for 2 weeks, then I tried to call their customer service (the only phone number listed on their website), during weekday, from 10am-5pm, I called like every day, and the voice in the phone just keep saying "Sorry, our west coast office is now closed, please try again during our office hours blah blah blah". I couldn't get ahold of them for 3 whole weeks, wrote them countless emails and no replies. So I went to my bank and appeal the charges, then I also canceled my card just to be safe. THEN 3 months later, yeah, 3 MONTHS, I received a call from them inquiring about my order status. They said "they got my order and failed to charge my card, and sorry for the delay because they didn't have the chair in stock". I simply told them no, and I hung up. This is unacceptable. Plus, they sell replica of the patented furniture pieces that were designed by famous designer - but they didn't get the permission to produce them-they just do it anyway. Because all of their factories are in Asia, they have really uneven quality of products. My friend ordered from them and received a table 5 months late (not in stock, again), then the table arrived broken, scratched, and the drill holes wont line up with the nails. She demanded for a return and refund, they charged her for 150 dollars just to ship it back to factory. Now I ran into this page, and saw these people considering buying stuff from them, I just thought I should give this warning. I posted my story briefly on the page, but the page administrator deleted it immediately, and permanently banned me from their page so I can't post any comments on their wall ever again. This is a shady company. They just do shady stuff to their customers, leave them confused and ripped off, then doesn't even bother to give any apology or explanation.

And I made a page on facebook just to warn everyone about it. I'm not asking for any likes on the page. Just spread it around if you can, and try to warn others to stay away from this shady company.
