I generally prefer streaming, but when I really like a film, I want to geek out and watch all the special features, which aren't available on Netflix or Amazon streaming. I've missed this since switching over to Netflix's streaming only plan.

Nice pictures of the hotel, but next time it'd be nice to be able to click through to the next picture from the main image. As is, you have to scroll back down to the main group of pics to click to the next image, and that gets old fast.

A perfectly timed post as I need advice on upgrading my parents' old CRT to a new HDTV for Christmas.

Gregory, you mentioned your mom watches K-dramas online. My parents pretty much watch only Korean channels via broadcast/digital antenna, and I'm wondering if watching that on an HDTV will result in a lower picture quality for them? They have no need for cable or satellite TV. My dad also watches variety shows on his computer, it would be great if he could watch those on a big screen TV. Though I don't know if that would entail getting an additional device like Google TV or just getting a TV that has built-in Netflix and other streaming capabilities. They're super low-tech so I want to keep their set up as simple as possible.

Yes, I almost always do this. I consider it a bad habit because I can't stop myself from doing it even when I'm watching a movie. The only time I can make myself really pay attention to a movie now is in the theatre.

I use Netflix, with the Roku player there's no drop in the connection like there is when I watch on my laptop. Netflix has been really good about adding to their Watch Instantly selection too. I have too much in my queue to ever get through.

P.S. can you fix the log in feature so that if you log in and refresh you can vote or comment in the same window? Currently I have to open the page from another link to either vote or comment once I log in, and 80% of the time I can't be bothered to do that.

I don't like taking my 13" macbook on weekend trips with me b/c I don't like having the extra stuff to deal with, although it would be nice to have internet access on something other than my slow ass blackberry. I might be interested in a tablet, depending on the price point.

On another note, can you guys do something about logging into the AT sites? Every time there's a poll or something inevitably I'm not logged in and I have to open a new window to vote. Would be nice if I could just log in and refresh the same screen. Thanks.

I have the Corona sofa from Macy's also. I didn't have any problems in terms of delivery or customer service. It's hard to beat for the price. It's comfortable and gets a lot of compliments.

Love your coffee table. I need something with subtle storage like that.

I had a similar problem with the Camden sofa from Crate and Barrel.

I like to think I'm not too neurotic, but the fact that it wrinkled a lot within the first week of using it, and it didn't appear that way in the store really bugged me. There was also no way to really fix it - couldn't flip the cushion or adjust the foam or anything. I ended up returning it.

I have the same sofa - love it. It's desperately in need of some throw pillows though. I wasn't sure if different shades of green pillows would clash but it looks good.

Just the kind of slightly unnecessary but labor saving device that my lazy self likes.

I'd probably shell out if I actually had a washer/dryer and a dedicated laundry room.

I was going to suggest a high dining table from IKEA I got less than a year ago, but it seems they've stopped selling it. It was dark brown and affordable even by IKEA standards.
