Eggs are not satisfying food for me unless I make sure I have a whole grain toast and/or fruit with them. I find bananas fer satiating. I am not one that notices very many crashes. I realize the science of the matter is still the same. And unfortunately for me, even eating enough fruit does not guarantee that I will not want something with sugar in it. Feeling Hungry? Grab an Orange! |

Since I wasn't even aware of this concept, this blog is very entertaining as well as interesting. I do like the photo. Just not sure I would ever decide to do this. It has a very elementary appeal. I would have to spend some time thinking about the order of the colors and I am very picky about arranging by height. Combininb the two ideas could be interesting. I think I get more enjoyment out of the process of putting th books in some kind of order than I do out of the result. One more thing to try some day. In Defense of: Organizing Books by Color |
