it seems like this space was just set up for the photoshoot, because that black chair doesnt look like it would be used with that desk ,as you wouldnt be able to get in and out of it.

also the way that painting is just sitting there is very unsettling...

Before & After: A Bathroom Goes From Pinky Peach to Sleek and Chic

i am currently planning to do a major bathroom reno and if i had those pink tiles i would have changed everything but the pink tiles and created a Pais chic type of look, replacing the vanity toilet and floor tiles.

As i am studying bathrrooms at the moment i am getting very tired of seeing these soul - less white bathrooms. I think those Subway tiles are very cold looking, i would definately not get those.

I am just not sure why this apartment was featured, it seems early 90's style, with the very neutral shades. The only thing i liked was the gold light over the table. I dont get why theres such a big deal over combining their tastes...very dull

i am so tired of women complaining about housework. especially when their husbands work and basically pay for their lifestyle. Housework is NOT harder than a 9 - 5 job. It isn't. And I am a female.

There seems to be a shift towards women being the "kept" woman- ie not working outside the home, staying home, pretending to be "mumpreneurs" starting some kind of craft business, when really it is all funded by the husband. These same women then complain about being too busy with their "business" to "juggle" housework. If you choose to be at home, then you have no right to complain about housework any more than your husband has to complain about his own job.

Really when we talk about women wanting it "all" these days, we are talking about women wanting it all DONE FOR THEM.
