Well said, TULSA RETRO. You can snake a cord to any location you can get to yourself. Sometimes I'll keep a cordless drill/driver by my corded drill to punch pilot holes, but for torque, cost and reliability cords win every time. My Renovation Tools Top 10: Timothy Dahl Charles & Hudson |

Wasn't this a plot device in Under the Tuscan Sun? Good advice on the temperament thing. Quotes are just campaign promises in the evolution of a remodel, tho. My device, sadly: Solid references are solid gold. A contractor who shows up and doesn't steal is worth double the rate of someone who does.
