Wow, thank you so much for this recipe! It came out wonderfully! I made it for Thanksgiving, and my husband like it so much we've made it a couple times since, including tonight. I've opted for the poultry seasoning for the bread stuffing and use carrot instead of the celery (the poultry seasoning I have smells strongly of celery), which gives it a pretty color.

And of course, it's totally delicious with stewed cranberries.
