Beautiful.... and the shelves do not seem 'full of stuff' to me at all... they are scarcely crowded, and filled with things that are meaningful to the homeowners. It is so refreshing to see a little character and not blind trend-following. A cheerful happy home for your gorgeous babe to grow in!

And of course one year old parties are for grownups! One year olds would be just as happy plunked in the bathtub with a tub of grass jelly and some cackling toe-licks.

Would the shape of my couch look too 'cartoony' in a royal blue? I'm hoping not, I also love the idea of a darker navy eco-leather ( ick term sorry!) with the chairs done in pale grey.. but if the chair were different fabric as well as color, would that be weird? I love the sofa so much, I'm scared of wrecking it. Now, too obsess over piping.. maybe a good way to die the chairs to the sofa? I go from loving piping to thinking it's a little pompous.
