I also have to pop in here and put in a word for the futon... I had a bed the whole time I was a broke college student, but now that I'm living the futon life, I almost wish I had one through school. Both beds and futons have their own merits... I loved my bed for a long time, but it always seemed like it took up so much room, it was so heavy and massive... I was always bumping into it, and jumping over it to get around. Folded up, with my bedding stored, the futon (just one from ikea) just has a really clean, neat look. This also keeps me from getting distracted and ending up lying around in bed during the day! Help With the Design of My First Apartment? Good Questions |
