Where can i find those rubber straps and knobs that are in the picture??? I spent over an hour with google and can't find a match. I see they have a little t-handle on the end, which presumably goes into a link when they are wrapped around something.
I am interested in anything in a hookless rubber tie-down. (I work with networknig small electronic devices and it would be useful to "tie down" my test jigs while I work on them).

Another alternative is to put everything on a "Velcro Board"
